At this time, Yumpy Pet ships to addresses within the United States only.

Orders are shipped using UPS Ground.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery timing are calculated based on the destination and carrier information available at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on UPS Ground carrier rates.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $25 USD.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Timing

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your package has been handed to UPS, delivery timing is determined by carrier operations, weather conditions, and destination location.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.
